  • All orders are processed within 2–3 working days from the date of placement. Working days exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays in India.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

  • Within India: Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
  • International Shipping: Orders are delivered within 10–15 working days from the date of shipment, subject to customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or logistical challenges.

Shipping Charges

  • India: Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000. For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will apply.
  • International: Shipping charges vary based on the destination country and order value. These will be calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.

  • Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details via email and SMS (where applicable). You can use the provided tracking link to monitor your package’s journey.

  • Orders are shipped via reputed courier partners. A delivery attempt will be made, and if unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
