Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Sale items and customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at myracasual7@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9653217981 within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange.
  • Once approved, ship the item back to our address: Shop No. 4, Kamla Raman Nagar, Near Bhadra Hospital, G.M. Link Road, Govandi, Mumbai - 400043, Maharashtra, India. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Inspection and Refunds

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 working days.
  • If the item meets the return criteria, a refund or exchange will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item within 2–3 working days after inspection, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
